we have been providing outstanding auto repair and maintenance since 1986 for both import and domestic vehicles. Jeff Foley (owner) has lived in Fairfax, Northern Virginia his whole life and is a graduate of Fairfax High School’s class of 1984. He has always been interested in mechanical things. From a young age, Jeff would repair bikes and skateboards for friends in his neighborhood. This lead to a fascination with automobiles and why he started Circle Auto Repair in 1986.
